Fiume Lodge
Nikolai and Aniéla Allers acquired this property in 2021 and are now transforming it in true Due North style. Sonette and Len Borman will welcome you as managers of Fiume Lodge.
About Fiume:
- Fiume is located 30km north of Grootfontein and 3km from the B8. The lodge can be reached with a "normal" car. It is ideally located for guests wishing to visit Khaudom National Park, Nyae Nyae or Tsumkwe. Not only that, it is also halfway between Windhoek and the Zambezi region.
- There is a restaurant and bar at Fiume for the use of booked guests. Selected dishes and drinks are served there in a stylish ambience.
- There are two pitches at our campsite. Sanitary facilities are available. This includes a bathroom with shower and toilet. There are also barbecue areas.
- Our restaurant with bar and lounge invites you to cozy evenings with a view of a waterhole which is always visited by thirsty animals.
- A pool provides the necessary cooling and a relaxation area for the long-awaited holiday rest.
- Nine twin chalets (BB or DBB) with shower and toilet and air conditioning can be booked.
- Our range of services includes:
· Farm tours with game viewing
· Sundowner rides
· Buschman walks
· Overnight stay in campsite or chalet
· Drinks and food for “BB” or “DBB” guests
· Cleaning and laundry service
